About this property

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. It’s only 20 minutes north of Jasper and less than 5 minutes to the Umphrey Family Pavilion located on the south end of Lake Sam Rayburn. It has covered area for a boat/cars. TVs in all bedrooms and living room. This is a brand new home that was just built in 2023. The house is located at the corner of Dogwood and FM 1007.

The perfect spot

What a great place to stay. The perfect location just Minutes from the boat ramp. The owner is very quick to respond and help you with anything you might need. The house is new and very clean. With plenty of parking. And the beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait for my next trip. stayed 4 nights.10 out of 10 Stars

Gorgeous property super close to the lake!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Loved the proximity to the lake and public boat ramps. The covered parking area and long driveway was perfect for our fishing boat. The house is impeccable, clean, and new. Easy and fast communication with property owner. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent for Family Getaway

The house is beautiful and very clean. The layout is perfect if you want to cook and still be able to visit with family. Short drive to Rayburn County Resort for food and live music. The location is close to many boat ramps at Sam Rayburn. I highly recommend this house for your next stay at Sam Rayburn!
