BBQ on the Deck with 6 outdoor chairs, Table with umbrella and bug zapper are included in the house for an additional fee. If the guests need cleaning while staying, cleaning can be arranged for additional charges.

All unauthorized events, parties or gatherings will be ended with enforced eviction by Calgary Police and there will be no refunds. If you need to hold any event, party or gathering, there will be extra cleaning fee of $99 and we also ask $1000 refundable damage deposit.
