Not only do we have new painting, we also upgraded to 200AMP electricity, plumbing, windows, insulation, dry wall, ceiling, hot water tank, furnace and the ventilation system, two smart nest thermostat where you can control each unit on its own.
6 bedrooms in total and 3 downstairs where it went through inspection and passed through the city of Calgary test with legal windows
4.5 bathrooms, 2 master rooms have ensuite, each level has A jack and jell-style bathroom for 2 bedrooms, another half bathroom on main floor.
Air condition is running for main floor only !
Spacious floor and rooms for living. Parks and shopping mall and University of Calgary within walking distance.
You can park at the back yard behind the fence(TWO spots after mid-Jun will be SIX spots available), and only ONE license plate number required to street park.
We also happen to offer more services as well we run rental cars for our guest to make it easier for them to get around this is an option as most of our guest do come from out of town and usually would need a car to get around the city you can find our rental car on the Turo platform if you are interested feel free to let us know when you inquiry with us we can send you the link along with it.
No pets, non smoking, no partying/events allowed inside the house. No partying/ events outside the house/backyard too. If failures to follow these rules, $500 FINED WILL BE ADDED IT UP to your reservation.

Other Things to Note: Parking on grass is no longer available it will now be parked on gravel, you can also park in the front as we now have visitor vehicle permit registered for therefore you can park in the front without worrying to get a parking ticket by the city
If you want to request for sofa bed sheets and pillows need to be less than 12 guest staying , if there is more than 12 we will automatically give it to you during your stay.
VERY IMPORTANT: Only use cast iron pot and pans for the top stove do not use any other pans or pots that’s not cast iron upstairs main floor. If you mix them up and use them you will be fined! Please do not bring it downstairs at all do not mix downstairs with upstairs.

Our entire group was blown away with our stay! The house is incredibly well thought out and has all new updates. We all kept commenting on how someone had to have really given consideration to people being comfortable, from the 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, numerous bathrooms, multiple washers and dyers, great TVs and on and on! The location is phenomenal and the owner communicated quickly and succinctly at each engagement. We will definitely stay here again when back in Calgary! Thanks for everything!
The house was exactly as stated in the listing. Very new and clean. The owners were very helpful and responsive to communication. A few suggestions or things to note: the house doesn’t have a lot of comfy furniture for hanging out in a big group. One leather couch upstairs and one downstairs. Very few throw blankets and pillows. Not really an issue, but with so many bedrooms, the main area would be better appointed to accommodate everyone spending time together. Otherwise, we loved the house and location.
