Additional Info About the Home:
- We believe our home to be child and family-friendly, but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
- During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. We recommend having an AWD/4WD SUV with snow chains on hand during these times. We get more snow than you might think, so be sure to check the forecast! We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, but we do offer Trip Insurance.
- Maintenance: Vendors (ex: hot tub maintenance) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests' prior permission. Also, an active pest control plan may include baits (e.g., ant bait) inside the house. They are usually placed where children and pets can't reach them, but please do not leave pets and children unattended.
- Cell service is limited in the area. We recommend utilizing the "WiFi Calling" feature at the cabin (or really unplug; it's up to you!). Map Apps will get you to the cabin without issue, and you will have all self-check-in instructions in advance.

Fees, Pricing, and Booking:
- The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.
- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over two weeks away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.

House Rules:
- The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am.
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 6 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Use of the fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.

Laidback cabin expu
Our goals for the weekend were simple: unplug, unwind and relax in one another’s company. This cabin experience handily fits the bill! From the gas fireplace to the s’mores and jacuzzi, your every need, every desire, provided. We hiked, cooked out, enjoyed the fire pit, read by the fire and hit the hot tub every night. Conveniently located with readily accessible hosts. It was a perfect getaway weekend!
