The condo was in a perfect location for us as it was near our son's apartment where he had just moved. We arrived late and even though we had an issue with the AC, Mark was available and the issue was fixed in a few minutes. It was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I especially liked having my coffee sitting in the rocking chair on the porch which was very sunny. Overall we had a great visit.

This is a favorite of ours....second stay and more to come. The condo is perfect. Very spacious, clean and right next to all the shopping and restaurants. No steps and parking right outside the door. Can't want to book for our next trip to Greenville!

Very spacious- lots of room for us to spread out. Plenty of parking, and well equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the Keurig and pods! Host was quick to respond to questions, even with our arrival at 10pm. Also appreciated that our dog could join us. Good location close to the family we were visiting, would definitely be willing to stay here again.

Great place in a nice quiet location. We stayed here for ECU family weekend, and it is about 12 minutes to the University. Many stores and food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Only downside is the couch in the living room, but the other two lounge chairs were comfy.
