Cozy place to stay

We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Perfect little house to stay while we explored the area. House was clean and comfortable! Loved the few drinks and snacks provided. And just a couple of blocks from a great breakfast diner.

Great house

This house is very cute! Very close to all of downtown New Buffalo. They had the house stocked with a few snacks and drinks- very cute. A few things: The main bed sags in the middle - upon looking underneath the bed it looks like the middle support just came loose. Easy fix. But keep in mind if sleeping with some one else! The a/c is a little wonky- however it was still very cool in the home. We would stay here again as long as we could fix that bed :) Your small family will love this home!

We loved this place! The location is great! It is close to the beach and town. The house also had plenty of amenities to keep out little one entertained. We definitely would stay here again.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
