About this property

This four bedroom house is a perfect family get-a-way with private pool, fenced in backyard, garage parking and private beach access.

The primary renter of this unit must be the one staying in the unit and must be 25 years of age.

You cannot bring a boat or trailer to this property or there is a $100 fine per day. Our Hoa is very strict about this.

The owner does have a golf cart in the garage and he does NOT rent it out. If you book our unit and have interest to rent a golf cart, we can give you the links and you can book and have one delivered to the unit
