The Nest is a fun, cozy, unique home nestled among the trees on 2 private acres directly on the historic Suwannee river. A mere 0.3 mile down the road from the majestic Charles Springs Park, The Nest offers a two-story river deck and gangway to a floating dock, 3 kayaks and a paddle board to use during your stay (at one’s own risk) Or, launch a larger water vessel from Charles springs boat ramp and dock it directly on the property.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, fun activities, and end your night by a fire under the stars.

Due to the close proximity to surrounding wilderness, be aware of insects and other wildlife. Remember that you are in the wilderness; insects and other creatures live here too. The home is professionally treated for bugs, but the occasional insect could potentially crawl or fly in. Please keep external doors closed!
There is an approximate 270 foot trail to the dock. On very rare occasions heavy rains will create a slough of water covering part of the trail.
We have the best wifi service in rural Florida, but you may experience intermittent service from time to time.
