Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Gulfport, Mississippi. This spacious and tastefully decorated condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking for a retreat. The condo has two resort style pools for your use and is located just a short walk away from the beach. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip after a long day in the sun or simply relax in the hot tub, our property has everything you need to RELAX.

The condo is light, airy and all yours.

You will be given a personal lock code to enter the unit before arrival.

I live and work within 10 minutes of the property so I am available if needed, however I also respect the privacy of my guests.

Legacy Villas is a gated community with the feel of a little village. The community boosts two pools, a hot tub, a gym, a playground, and walking paths. It is quiet and safe, yet right in the hub of the Gulf Coast just minutes away from the casinos and dining spots.

Gulfport is still a car town.
No more than 2 cars are allowed on property. Please display parking passes and wear wrist bands to the pool. Please be respectful to quiet hours, neighbors and pool rules that are displayed in the condo.

Nice Getaway

We were very impressed with the size of the rental. The property was larger than expected. The pool area was amazing. We felt as though we were at a mini resort. Looking forward to planning another trip with the kids. They will love the pool and playground!

Great place and facility!

We loved this place and the facility! Close enough to walk to the beach but far enough you dont have to deal with the traffic noise. Definitely will be the first place we look up when returning to the area!

You will not regret booking this condo!

The home was extra clean and we had no issues. The property was clean and well kept. We used the big pool and it was so nice. Wasn’t crowded and we had the best time. The booking process was easy and we had very good communication even during our stay with the manager. Will definitely be staying here again!

Hello! I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2005 to join the Hurricane Hunters as a Flight Meteorologist. I never expected to fall in love with the area but I did! When I travel I prefer the privacy of rentals over hotels along with the use of a kitchen. Therefore on a whim I bought a condo to share in 2022 and quickly found I enjoyed hosting. In Fact I liked it so much I now help others with their property management.
