Me and my family enjoyed a lovely week in Juan Les Pins. Villa is ideally situated for those who want to be close to the beach, it’s just a 5 minute walk. Villa is well equipped and has all you need to be self sufficient. Lovely pool and good quality garden furniture. Our hosts Charline & Maurice could not have been more helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Great communication too!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in September. The location is in a residential area so it is quiet and convenient to access. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach depending on which part you want to access (shorter walk to the closest beach area). Restaurants are easily accessible too. We even walked to Antibes in around 35 minutes!The house is perfectly laid out. The three bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom has a lovely rain shower with plenty of hot water (we have experienced issues in the past!). The host was very communicative and happily answered all our questions, both in advance of the stay and during. The pool area is very well maintained and there is lots of space in the garden for eating meals outdoors. I would highly recommend this villa!!

This villa had everything my family needed to relax on our vacation. They even had great games and books for my kids (girls 6 and 9) to play with when they were not swimming in the pool. The pool was great. It was warm and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed from salad spinners to cutting boards and containers to hold our leftovers. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and even had a step stool for my girls to use to brush their teeth. Also was a close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the south of France.

Brilliant family holiday villa in excellent location.

Clean spacious, comfortable villa with a gated swimming pool, perfect for child safety. Everything needed was at hand and there were some excellent toys for our grand daughter. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the beach sea front of Juan Les Pins. Bus stops also close by. Supermarkets were only a short distance away and we used SuperU for an online home delivery order. The property manager was excellent and communicated with us both before and during our stay.

Great location

Place was clean & everything working fine. No issues. Everything has been thought about. Nice pool. You can walk to the front easily where there are shops / restaurants / bars & shopping. Easy to get to Cannes & Monaco etc ( you can get a train if you're from UK and don't want to drive on the wrong side... ). Great vacation. Many Thanks
