Disappointing
This property was not misrepresented in any way, however, the overall experience was not the best. First, although the residence is not listed as handicap accessible it would only make sense that at least on the first floor the shower door be able to open ALL the way and allow for ease of reach to the towel that yhe individual hung there. Our suggestion... move the towel rack to allow the shower to open fully and eliminate the potential for a broken glass door. The one positive about the bathroom was that it came with exfoliating towels!
They were so rough the first time we used them i swear it felt like sand paper. Second, sheets that actually fit the bed. Our bed was a gueen but clearly a set of king sheets was used. Third, the lighting in the pool area was less than significant. If you didnt want the pool used at night just say so. Also there was a whole in the screen of the lania which allowed for bugs etc. Fourth, the resort itself. This was our first stay at storey lake and honesty I found it to be less of an experience than at a previous stay at another similar local resort. Most disappointing was the lazy river. And the pool was not the least bit refreshing. It was extremely warm stepping into it. Though I can appreciate it not being shockingly cold it was literally hot. Breeding ground for germs and bacteria. I hope all future guests have a better experience
