Great stay!

The property is a series of 7 apartments in a small apartment building. The units were clean and updated and had a good amount of space. They were also in walking distance to coffee, restaurants and a number of other things. The property manager was very easy to work with and very helpful and responsive. Our group of 14 really enjoyed our stay.

Would not recommend anyone to book until it's clean and better upkeep!

We arrived under the impression that this home may have been a duplex that was renovated into one unit. Upon arrival we were then told that we would be staying in 2 seperate units and to making it a nerve wrecking situation to have to keep a eye on my kids and spending additional money for cleaning supplies to freshen up the unit. No amount of air freshener,inscent,plug-in or candle would have fixed the smell. To make matters worse it's not even a house its a detached garage that sits so far back from the actual street. The other unit was decent however the home had a lot of issues that will turn into bigger issues if they are not fixed. The dining room table is not safe as it sits on a broken table leg with the glass held up by a coke bottle top. the unit as a whole was infested with roaches, the laundry room was made into a room the smell of the entire house was really bad we had to go out our way for cleaning supplies to manage to get thru the weekend and the shower fixures were broken. The fridge did not work properly and also had broken doors on the inside. The a/c unit upstairs worked perfectly however downstairs was constantly hot and did not cool at all. I am pissed and angry about this trip as it was a birthday and engagement trip. I would never book again. I also took a video of the home prior to settling in which shows the dirty floors.
