If you're seeking the ideal abode for your upcoming trip to Dubai, look no further than this chic and contemporary two-bedroom apartment in Dubai South. The Residential District is a recently developed residential zone that boasts several mid-rise apartment buildings with various amenities and services within the community. The apartment is stylishly furnished in soft hues of grey, chocolate brown, and white marble, equipped with modern essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. The fully functional kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare meals, which can then be enjoyed at the four-person dining table. The elegant L-shaped lounge in the living room is positioned perfectly in front of a large-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The living area opens up to one of two balconies, providing community views. The bedrooms are furnished with Key View's signature linen, which is incredibly comfortable and cozy. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other has single bunk beds. The bathroom is stocked with Key View's plush towels and hotel-grade amenities to keep you smelling great all day long. The building features a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and one private on-site car park for added convenience.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture, and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
