Furnished in moody blues, greys and pops of gold with beautifully selected artwork and trinkets, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring. The open plan living space opens onto the balcony where you will spend your mornings sipping coffee and getting lost in the views. Enjoy cooking meals in the equipped kitchen which you can then enjoy at the dining table for four, well, that’s if you can resist all the amazing restaurants around you. The spacious living area has a large sofa positioned in front of your TV where you can watch a movie before another busy of adventuring. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable Queen Bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you will probably sleep in longer than normal. The bathroom has Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.

The building also features a state of the art swimming pool, gymnasium, games rooms and one private on site car park.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The Dubai Marina Walk has plenty to do with a beautiful beachfront paved walkway with over 300 outlets and more than 70 restaurants to keep you entertained and active. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
