Welcome to The Onyx! 3 beautiful apartments in the same building. To ensure safety, all guests must pass our screening process and provide proper ID. A $1,500USD security deposit is required for your booking, accepted on Major Credit Cards only, per our House Rules.
Our property is located in the vibrant and safe neighborhood of Santa Bárbara, north of Bogotá's city center. Within walking distance, you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and a cultural center.
The Space:
*Pets allowed only with prior approval. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee*

All toiletries and personal care products in the apartment are by Loto del Sur, a local brand specialized in fine botanical cosmetics and plant-based beauty products, lotions, body creams and butters, soaps and foams.

Guest Access:
Please note that the availability of certain amenities might be seasonal or subject to maintenance.
We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
A swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off, a well-equipped gym with a variety of cardio and weight machines, a social lounge and a conference room where you can work and a sauna for relaxing and detoxifying your body.
The Neighborhood:
Santa Barbara, located in the northern part of Bogotá, offers a safe, residential haven that's close to shops and restaurants. It's the ideal neighborhood for those who appreciate both tranquility and easy access to urban amenities
Other Things to Note:
Cloud9 House Rules
1. IDs:: All adult Guests (18 and older) must provide ID verification: license, state ID, or passport before Check-in. ALL Guest names must be provided to Cloud9 prior to check-in.
2. Security Deposit:: All bookings require a security/damage deposit of $1000 or more. This deposit will be charged in advance.
*For last-minute bookings or local stays, damage/security deposit may be held in advance by Cloud9*
3. Cancellations:: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if Check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before Check-in. *No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of Check-in*
4. Check-in:: any time after 4 PM.
Check-out:: any time before 12 PM.
*If an earlier Check-in or later Check-out time is desired, please send a request. We can only confirm 24 hours in advance. No guarantee*
*If an unauthorized late Check-out delay cleaning of the unit, Guests will be charged $100. Any Guest still in the unit after 1 PM will be charged another night (Note: this does not apply if late Check-out was pre-approved)*
*Please be aware that due to Covid-19, in the event we have a same day check-out and check-in, we will need extra time to properly let the unit air before cleaning it and therefore delaying check in time to 8pm*
*If you are booking a long-term stay, we require you to pay for cleanings every 2 weeks at a minimum.
5. Violations::
-No smoking or vaping of any kind: $500 fine
-No pets (please notify us if you have a service animal)
-Lost/missing keys/fobs: $100 each to replace
-Renter is liable for any damage and/or lost/stolen items during occupancy
-If extraordinary cleaning is required: $100 every hour of extra cleaning
-No parties, gatherings, or events
-If the property is used by more than the number of individuals listed in your reservation, we may charge the full security deposit
6. Liability:: Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises and/or using its facilities. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
-Guests should report immediately to us anything that presents a danger/could result in damage to the location or individuals
7. Zero-Tolerance policy on disrespectful or misbehavior against any neighbor residents.
8. Failure to follow any of the house rules will merit to cancellation of your stay without any refund.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
