Enjoy island life at My Blue Pearl. Perfect location in the heart of Melbourne Beach. Beautiful, updated, artsy beach house. 300 feet to the Ocean, 2 blocks to the river. Spend the day at the ocean then walk to dinner. Beach park has volleyball, picnic pavillions, restrooms and showers. Steps away is a well stocked Beach market, several restaurants from casual to gourmet cuisine. 3 blocks to the Fishing pier, park with basketball, tennis courts and bocce ball courts & playground.

Modern open floor plan with vaulted celings. Tastefully decorated with original pieces of Art.
Split bedrooms for privacy. Comfy beds, extra pillows.
Large family room with 55" tv with FireTv including Prime, Netflix, Hulu and more. Blue ray player and surround sound. Electric fireplace.
Kitchen offers many extras for guests who like to cook including a rice cooker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, automatic can opener, toaster, pots, pans, baking ware.
Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, tea.
Seperate dining room with a second set of dinnerware, tablecloth and placemats.
Automatic wine opener and glasses.
Updated bathrooms with massage shower heads and new towells.
