As the sun dips, the fire pit and grill in the private backyard become the perfect backdrop for evening conversations under the clear desert sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide room for everyone. The home sleeps 11 on five beds, and two baths ensure you can unwind without crowding. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are supplied, and a washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays convenient.



Indoor living

The open living area centers on a smart TV and comfortable seating, encouraging group movie nights or relaxed evenings. A themed room and life‑size games add a playful touch, while central heating and cooling keep the space comfortable year‑round. Wifi and an ethernet connection support both leisure streaming and any work needs.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A Keurig coffee maker readies quick mornings, and the dining table offers ample space for shared meals before heading out to explore Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the fenced backyard to find a heated pool that’s ready for a dip any day, complete with pool toys for extra fun. Life‑size dinosaurs, ping pong, life‑size Connect 4, and cornhole invite lighthearted competition. A fire pit, grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and additional outdoor furniture create multiple spots for gathering, while a private patio or balcony offers a quieter corner to unwind as desert evenings cool.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home keeps you close to Scottsdale’s vibrant energy while providing a calm retreat. Old Town is just minutes away, along with a variety of restaurants and shops. Free parking on the premises and ample street parking make exploring the area effortless.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
