The En Suite amenities include a King Size Pillowtop Bed, 45" Flat Panel Streaming TV, a private bathroom and private path to the beach and ocean. The beachfront venue take your senses on an unforgettable journey where the possibilities are endless and the experience is priceless and memorable.

This Home is fully furnished including towels, linens, dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys for the kids. It has been impeccably maintained and pride of ownership shows.

The Property is located on a Private street designated for Guests & or Owners only. There is ample parking in the garage & driveway.

Publix, The House of Doughnuts (Coffee & Pastry cafe), Stavros & Lennys Pizza Houses & Modern Grocery & Liqour Store are all with in a short walk from our house.

The Home is conveniently located with easy access to I-95 and I-4 as well as four international airports including Daytona Beach (20 Minutes), Sanford (1 hour), Orlando (1 hour) and Jacksonville (1 1/2 hours). The Daytona Beach area is home to numerous exciting and educational attractions including Daytona International Speedway, Daytona 1, Tanger Outlets, Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Deep Sea Fishing and an array of water sports including surfing, kayaking, kite boarding and scuba diving. It is less than a 2 hour drive to all Orlando area attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. America's oldest city - St Augustine - is just 1 hour away.

Perfect house and location

We love our stay at Home by the Sea. The house is amazing location, the beach daily views are breathtaking and the location is excellent to go any direction! The garage and grill are awesome and there's no shortage of beach supplies! 5 stars all around!

Amazing home away from home

The perfect getaway

Lovely home. Perfect for our family of 4 and room of course to invite 2 more guest. We stayed 2 weeks and its the perfect getaway for our busy lifestyle back home. The beach is private and the neighbors who live there are super nice.

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year staying at Gordon & Cathy's house. We just love it. It is relaxing and convenient if you are interested in visiting Daytona, Palm Coast and other areas along the coast. We hope to go again in 2025.

Right on the beach

The house was the perfect size for our group of six (4 adults, 2 elementary aged kids). The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs and toys for us to borrow as well. Just a short walk across the yard to the gate to access the beach. Definitely hope to return!

Great family holiday location

We had a great, though short, stay at Home by the Sea. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for our family to prepare several meals. Beautiful location direct beach front. If only the weather had been more cooperative. Great experience with the homeowners and the process was super easy.

Absolutely wonderful!! This home is directly oceanfront. The yard ends at the beach!!! The house is very nicely done and the owner is pleasant and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. We have definitely found our vacation home in Ormond Beach!!

Perfect Location

We stayed in this home with our four small children and had room to spare. The owners were responsive, the house was clean, and we can't say enough about the location. Right on the beach! Shopping and restaurants are all within striking distance, as is Orlando and the major theme parks. I highly recommend this home for families. It was well stocked with beach toys and chairs, perfect for our needs.

Host has pictures of patio door open, however upon arrival the host requires the patio door and all windows to be closed. So drifting off to sleep listening to the waves, at an oceanfront property is not allowed. WHAT???

We hope to be back!

We want to say thank you to Peggy and Russie and Skip for being so lovely and hosting our family of 6 (two adults and four children in a wide age range). This was really well equipped and a lot of extras I would not have expected but really appreciated. The location could not be beat and it made it easy for us to have a lot of family beach time, and for anyone to take a break from the sun back at the house when needed, too. This home is perfectly situated in Ormond Beach for a family vacation.

This home faces the beach at the end of a quiet residential street. It is very well maintained and very comfortably laid out. Our family of four spent a relaxing week, easily moving from house to beach and back again. There are plenty of beach accessories available to use, so no need to pack your own. The owner is super easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Favorite surprise aspect about the property: completely private outdoor shower!! Our family would definitely want to book here again given the opportunity.

Our new favorite destination!

Can't say enough about what a great property this is! Direct oceanfront with private beach access from the yard. Literally steps to the sand. There were lots of little extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.). Walking distance to several great restaurants, shops and grocery store. Gordon is a fabulous host who made us feel very welcome and gave lots of suggestions for local activities. We'll definitely be back. Very highly recommend!

This is an older home with older baths and but great beds. Couldn't ask for more Ocean view an beach are amazing. Quiet area with great restaurants. We own a Vrbo chalet "mausbachs luv shack"by Estes park Colorado #292612. We know how special it is to have renter love your home. Can't say enough. We will be back. Grand kids said it was better than Disney. Lol

Ormond Beach Stunner!

This is the third time I've stayed at this property. It is truly an unbelievable location! The beach is quiet and very private overall. We spent quite a bit of time this year just on the patio to avoid intense sun. It's in very close proximity to the ocean, so you feel like you're right by the water. The home is always well stocked and comfortable. All the beds and bedding are really comfortable-insuring a great night's sleep. Close proximity to the local grocery store, fresh fish market, and yes, even the donut shop across are also awesome and very convenient. I'll be here again, no doubt, and am seriously considering a 2 week stay next time!

Great ocean-front break

The home is a part of a small private neighborhood - this one being right on the beach. It is very clean and the common areas are all recently remodeled, with a touch of vintage design still apparent. The owners Gordon and Cathy are meticulous about their property, and it shows in how well the property is maintained. The house perfectly met our needs, with a beautiful front bedroom facing the sea, a second bedroom that perfectly accommodated our young toddler, and another back bedroom with a private bath. The common areas, living, dining, and kitchen spaces were great. The house is well-stocked with everything you would need as a visitor - beach towels, chairs, and toys, kitchen supplies, and all kinds of thoughtful details and extras. Great place and great hosts.
