This beautiful complex is located walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches and more and just a few miles from luxurious shops in Wailea! Over 6 miles of sandy beaches are right at your fingertips! Enjoy the endless sunshine, work on your tan, grab some snorkel gear or learn how to surf! South Kihei has it all!

Your home away from home awaits! This 2 bedroom /2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor and has stunning ocean views! Enjoy cocktails and pupus (appetizers) on your own private lanai, furnished with dining for 4 as well as relaxing, large seating area! Experience true indoor/outdoor living with huge sliders that open from the living room and kitchen to the lanai. Delight in the ocean breezes flowing through the unit! This condo does not offer air conditioning but the does features ceiling fans in every room, wall-to-wall glass sliders in main living space and louvered windows in both bedrooms all to allow the famous Maui trade winds in.

Your primary bedroom features a King size bed and en suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy a second bathroom located just off of the living room and guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted comfortably to an actual king bed upon request. Updated, ocean view kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and service needs and is a heavenly place to create culinary masterpieces.

The living room is complete with Smart TV and a sleeper sofa which makes this unit perfect for the whole family!
Additional amenities include an elevator, 1 free on-site parking stall, washer and dryer in the unit and beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay.

Maui Parkshore boasts a beautiful pool that makes for the perfect retreat after a day of adventuring. Gather around the BBQ Grill with friends and family for dinner and take in the stunning Maui Sunsets! Top off the evening with a fun game of shuffleboard with the sounds and views of the ocean as your background.

This property is located in the heart of South Kihei and minutes from the Wailea resorts and shops. There are several boutiques and restaurants within a mile as well as three of Maui's most incredible beaches: Keawakapu Kamaole II, and Kamaole III directly across the street. This is a lifeguard patrolled beach with a huge park featuring restrooms, grass area perfect for sunset viewing and a playground with swings. Maui Parkshore 204 has everything you could ask for to create Maui memories to last a lifetime!

Great place for our ‘Ohana

We stayed at this property for a quick trip to Maui. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and the lanai was our family’s favorite spot after a long day out. Great design and functional layoutb.

I stayed 6 nights with my family. The place is ok. I had some intermittent communication with the host on verb messaging which was very frustrating. They also tried to charge me extra for late checkout although the listing stated free late check out with 5 day booking.

Cute condo is great location

We had a great stay at Parkshore Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of three. While there is no air conditioning, we were able to keep cool by having the window slates open and fans on. There was quite a bit of road noise but really didn’t both us sleeping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any pan or utensil we would need. They even had glass storage containers. It’s a wonderful location for kids since it’s right across from Kam III and the building’s pool is so close. The condo itself was also great for kids. There were several toys, games and books along with sand toys and even an infant life jacket. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the new renovations in this condo. It had great views of the pool and across the street was the ocean. It had everything including shampoo conditioner and body wash when we arrived making it very convenient. It was full of snorkle gear for each guest as well. We found it a bit to hot for the first night staying there as it did not have an air conditioner, but after we realized we could open the slates on the windows in the living room open all night and the bedroom window slates, if we kept the bedroom doors open it would give a good enough breeze throughout the condo that it was kept cool enough for us after that! Just took us a day or two to figure out! Definitely would go back to this property again!
