Perfect Beach Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large party felt at home in our rental. It was clean, close to all the amenities of the Peninsula and close enough to get to the beaches when we wanted to be there.

Place was very nice and spacious. Second floor was very warm with the exception of the master suite. Lots of extra fees added to rental fee. Pools were beautiful. Our grandchildren loved them. Grounds were well kept and clean. Renters couldn’t use the amenities on Saturday or any of the amenities during the week before 10 AM which included the gym.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious home, beautiful pools, and well-maintained grounds, and that your grandchildren had such a great time enjoying the pools. We’re sorry to hear that the temperature on the second floor was uncomfortable outside of the master suite and that the amenity access and rental fees were disappointing. We understand how important it is to have clear expectations regarding amenities and associated costs before and during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll share your feedback with the appropriate team. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience.
