Introducing "Tiny Dreamer," a 224 sq ft. tiny house on wheels meticulously crafted in Tennessee. Its dimensions measure 28' x 8'. Upon entering, you'll find to the left a step up into an inviting 8' x 8' living room, featuring a cozy futon pull-out bed accompanied by two side tables. Mounted on the wall is a sleek flat-screen television that neatly folds away when not in use. Shining with natural light, this room brightens the space with three generously sized windows.
Next to the living area is a versatile dining area. The table, when folded in, comfortably seats two individuals, but when extended, it can accommodate up to four guests. Additionally, this space doubles as a convenient workstation, ideal for laptop use or other work-related activities.
Despite its modest size, the kitchen astonishes with its ample proportions. It features a practical flip-down counter at the end, providing extra dining space as needed. The kitchen is equipped with an impressive farmhouse sink and an abundance of cabinet storage. Culinary endeavors are made simple with a double electric cooktop burner, a convection oven, and essential kitchen appliances such as a toaster, 5-cup coffee maker, electric can opener, utensils, dishes, and cookware. The refrigerator/freezer offers ample storage capacity for perishable items.
The bathroom, though snug, exudes a delightful charm. It comprises a 36" x 72" shower, a standard flush toilet, and a sizable cabinet for storage purposes. A vanity with a sink and a medicine cabinet complete with a mirror and a touch of elegance. A sliding barn door discreetly conceals the bathroom area, nestling beside the refrigerator. Once closed, the door fits perfectly into a notch on the kitchen counter.
Conveniently integrated into the tiny house is a storage staircase featuring sturdy metal handles on its right side on the wall. Nearly every step reveals additional storage compartments, maximizing the use of space. The 10' x 8' bedroom loft offers a full-size bed & a dresser for storing clothes during your stay. A quaint side table is also provided. To create a magical ambiance at night, fairy lights can be plugged in at the foot of the bed and in the living room.
In the front yard, a charming firepit awaits, accompanied by four comfortable chairs, two patio side tables and a lovely pathway leading to the entrance. Additionally, you have access to a firepit in the backyard, where two chairs invite you to relax and unwind. The land surrounding the tiny house is adorned with gravel paths, perfect for leisurely strolls and quiet contemplation. A visit to admire the chickens proves to be a curiosity for most. They provide the utmost delicious farm fresh eggs on the homestead during your stay. Serenity abounds here at Tiny Dreamer Homestead, as the symphony of birdsong fills the air, accompanied by the gentle fluttering of butterflies and bees relishing in the beauty of the wildflower gardens in the spring and summer.

The eggs were great and the chickens and fire pit were useful and fun amenities. The herbal shop also had a lot more options than I was expecting. Overall great place to stay!
The host was very warm and friendly. The Tiny Dreamer house is comfortable and beautifully appointed. My stay was restorative and peaceful, just what I needed. I hope the Tiny Dreamer house is open my next visit, I intend to be back.

Everything that you may need: toiletries, hair products, condiments, spices, organic herbal teas. A nice quiet country setting with gardens and fire pits. Lovely, hospitable hostess who answers any questions in a timely fashion. Exceptional Herbal Shop for all who want natural herbal remedies and teas. Thank you so much Jennifer for your kindness and knowledge in natural healing.
The property is exactly as listed. Perfect getaway for my husband and I. The Tiny Dreamer was comfortable and cozy. Easy to regulate temperature to your liking without using the AC/heat because of all of the windows. All of the items available to you in the space make it feel like home. This space would be perfect for a short period of time or a much longer stay. Highly recommend!!!
The tiny house felt a lot bigger than it was because of how well the space was used. Access and communication with Jen were a breeze. The property is very calm and relaxing. Cleanliness was 10/10 which is always my main interest, but the tiny house didn’t miss in any categories. Highly recommend.

We just needed a little get away, something quiet and off the beaten path. The tiny house was an adorable adventure, so clean and relaxing. We had a great day trip to Memphis followed by a campfire at the tiny house. The host has gone above and beyond in ensuring that every need you could possibly have is met. There are so many extras she has provided. Quaint, quiet, and good medicine for the soul!

About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Fuist
Hi, I'm Jen. I set out on a tiny house journey 5 years ago. I found beautiful land to form a small community and homestead suited for both myself and guests to enjoy a peaceful getaway. I love meeting new people, sharing my journey, connecting with others and educating the community on homesteading, farm life, growing your own food and living more sustainably and eco-friendly.
I'll be creating a food forest on my property. Trees, fruit trees, produce, fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, herbs, roots, pond plants and more! In my eyes, most of the natural world is medicinal and healing. So I use the plants to make herbal remedies and natural products.
Soon, I hope my property will become a source of peace, education, and community filled with an abundance of nature, great energy, along with medicinal and edible delights that strike curiosity in those who seek it.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood live in had my perfect piece of land that I manifested. Although a small town, it's pretty peaceful and quiet here. Everyone keeps to themselves and lends a hand when they can. The two neighboring towns have stores and gas stations and they are only 10-15 minutes away. Since I run an herbal remedy and natural product business and loved that they had a close post office neary...it is conveniently only two minutes away.
What makes this property unique
My intentions were to form a peaceful, private, mini tiny house community. Placing my tiny house on wheels on a secure foundation, I then started to create my dream. I put in an RV section with 4 available spots where RV's can rent for the night on their travels through. I had gravel paths dropped for myself and guests as well as planted 6 bountiful wildflower gardens on the property with walking paths in between. Not only is it a tranquil setting for myself but I thought to share it with others. Soon, more tiny houses will go up and those will also be listed.
The tiny house itself is a magical place in itself. Decorated in rustic, farmhouse and bohemian notes, this tiny house was custom built to have lots of storage. The versatile living room can be an office, living room or bedroom. The dining room and kitchen have features that make this tiny space stand out. A dining table folds out to seat 4 and the counter end flips down for more space. The bathroom sliding barn door is tucked along side the fridge. There is a beautiful farmhouse sink in the middle of the kitchen and across from it is a convection oven and pantry storage. The storage stairs all open up for extra "out of sight out of mind storage". The living room is a 3 level room with storage inside and out on the bottom, a living room in the middle and a small loft above the living room. A cute wooden decorative bridge connects the two lofts.
If you have been wanting to experience staying in a tiny house and enjoy a peaceful getaway, here's your chance.
