Large back porch with outdoor seating, gorgeous fireplace, and private fireplace. We are located less than 15 min from about everything the area has to offer. Hop in the car for a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and everything in Hochatown, yet it still feels like you are miles away from everything. An advantage for cabins located in Cedar Hills, we are just south of all the major traffic and backups in Hochatown, so you can get to and check in to your cabin quickly if you are headed here from the south or west.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels

- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

This property is located off a gravel road. There is a charging station available.
