There is a heat lamp next to the hot tub to keep your robes warm while you soak. Turn off all the outdoor lights and gaze up at the stars. The cabin is located at the top of a quiet street with little traffic, you may even see some wildlife! We also offer a concierge service. Don't want to lift a finger during your trip? Ask the concierges to grocery shop, pick-up lift tickets or arrange a taxi. Surprise your loved one with a flower bouquet. -Enjoying alcoholic beverages with using the jacuzzi is not advised due to the high temperature and altitude.
-Only the two people on the vacation rental agreement are allowed at the property unless otherwise approved by the host. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance and you will be required to leave and charged an additional $250 per each additional person.
-Guest will be provided with a personalized door code on the day they check-in.

***There is a local ordinance preventing ALL open outdoor fires, please do not build an outdoor fire; you could be cited by local law enforcement and asked to leave the premises.
***If traveling during the winter, please check forecast before traveling. Chain requirements may be in effect if it snows. All guests booking a stay in winter should anticipate the possibility of chains required to travel up the mountain and should check the weather forecast/road conditions before heading up. It is your responsibility to be prepared and remain aware of the weather during the winter months.
***In the occasion of a storm, the city will plow our street which may leave a snow berm behind your car. We have provided a shovel for you to shovel yourself out if this occurs!

Located the quiet neighborhood of Sugarloaf, CA. 5 minutes away from Big Bear Snow Play for tubing in the winter and Go Karts in the summer.
The Convention Center which is like a large barn, offers evening entertainment, the well-known Oktoberfest and delicious food and drinks. The town favorite is Pickle's Pie Shop and just a few blocks away!
The rest of Big Bear is accessible within a 10 minute drive. There is so much to explore such as the village, golf course, Alpine zoo, Discovery Center, hikes, mountain biking, Bear Mountain, Snow Mountain and of course all of the lake amenities.
Getting to the lake in the summertime is a must-do! You can enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, waterskiing and much more. Don't think of Big Bear for winter activities only because summer offers a cool break from summer heat with hiking, biking and lots of adventures.
