It also comes stocked with all essential kitchenware, such as cutlery, tableware, pots, pans, and wine glasses. For added convenience, we provide basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, tea, and coffee capsules, allowing you to prepare anything from a traditional Portuguese meal to a simple breakfast with ease.

Guest H4U Online Assistance:
- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
City Tax:
- A city tax of 3€ per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.
Late Arrival/Departure Fees:
- Extra charges apply for arrivals after 20:00 (8 PM) or departures after 11:00 AM, starting at €15, depending on specific requests.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Heating:
- In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €15/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of €39 per week applies, covering cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
