Large and comfortable home great for children and musicians with lots of areas to play and make music. Great location close to Washington and LaPrell parks, along with East Campus sports and restaurants. Nice backyard for barbecues with 2-3 person hot tub. This is a cozy, charming house that's been getting lots of updates. Great stay for UW events!

This is a great house for a larger group. Plenty of beds/rooms, large living room/dining room area, big kitchen.Especially nice for those travelling with kids, they have lots of toys and games available to play with.Check in was very easy, hosts were great with communication, neighborhood was very nice.
Great location for the Turf Wars soccer tournament held at UW. We utilized the kitchen for full meals. Lots of relaxing seating for in between games. It is January so we didn’t go outside but there appear to be other amenities for outdoor enjoyment. Plenty of sleeping for our large group. Hosts were very responsive for pur questions.
Jon went out of his way to make our family holiday great. The kitchen was well outfitted for our cooking a Christmas dinner and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax in the rest of the house
I took my family of 7 to Laramie for a Christmas break ski vacation. This property was adequate, with a few twists. The house was very clean, but cluttered. This is a families home and they did move enough stuff out of the way to make room for us, but the fridge, and pretty much every other space was at least half occupied by their stuff. The house is very old, which is ok, but there are not an over abundance of outlets and some of them are wore out to the point they barely hold what you're trying to plug in. Pryor to our stay, the hot tub had been unplugged so the outlet could be used for something else and had not been plugged back in, making the hot tub too cold to be comfortable after our first night of skiing. Lastly, and most dissapointing......upon arriving home, I realized I forgot my (very high end) phone charger plugged in behind the bed, because that's the only outlet in the room. I've reached out in more than one way to kindly ask the owner to ship it to me at my expense and have gotten crickets..................
