Ideally located 5 minutes walk from all shops, you can quickly reach the motorway to visit our beautiful region. Private street, very quiet.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets:
- 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a 140X200 double bed and a 180X200 double bed. A spacious 8m2 shower-room and separated WC
- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. A 38m2 double bedroom under the slope with a 160X200 bed and a second 18m2 bedroom with a large single bed - Shower room in the middle of the 2 bedrooms. WC
- A 30m2 studio on the ground floor with a 160 double bed. Shower room and WC

Huge living room kitchen of 85M2.

By car: 3 parking spaces available in front of the house
By plane: Bus near the house. Bus nearby, line 2 and 12A 100 meters from the house (every hour) as well as common shops. Line B and line 35 from the town hall of Cannet Rocheville 350 meters from the house (every 15 minutes). Cannes (Palais des Festivals) 15 mins by bus.
