Modern Retreat in Central Nashville Location
Family getaway? Bachelor or Bachelorette Party? Trip with friends? Just need a place to work, relax, and experience Nashville? Our home is perfect for it all! It is newly remodeled and centrally located in a great, quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown & Broadway, 10 minutes from Green Hills & 12 South, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Franklin, & a mile from the zoo. Private, gated driveway, pet-friendly with a large fenced yard, smart TV's, & modern hotel-like amenities.
The space
LAYOUT
-Open concept kitchen, 65inch Smart TV, and dining room - dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen counter seating for 3. Couch is a queen pull-out bed.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, Keurig, and k-cups.
-4 bedrooms - two with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and one with 2 twin bunk beds.
-The master suite contains the master room, laundry room, en suite full bathroom with double sinks, and the twin bunk room (sliding barn door separates the room).
-2 full bathrooms - one in the master suite and the other off the kitchen and near the other bedrooms.
-2 Smart TV’s - one in each king bedroom.
-Washer & Dryer available for guest use.
OUTDOORS
-Large, fenced backyard that is great for dogs.
-Private driveway with a gate.
WHAT'S IN THE HOUSE
-Fresh bed linens provided. We’ll provide towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
-Each full bathroom has a hair dryer and makeup washcloths.
-The laundry room has one steamer, iron & ironing board that is attached to the back of the door.
-We also provide an *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store.
OTHER
-Pack and Play (Sheet and mattress protector provided. If you use them PLEASE put in the laundry room to be washed when you check out.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked owner's closets and the attic.

Family get together
House is super cute, VERY CLEAN, and spacious for its size. Kitchen was functional. Beds were comfy. Hosts communicate very well and street was quite, yet convenient. Lovely experience!

Clean and Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, nicely remodeled, and functional house. The long-established neighborhood was quiet and fairly accessible to main roads and highways - a must for getting around the ever-growing city. It served the needs of our family on this trip. We would return to this house if the occasion arose. Thank you to our hosts.

Thanksgiving in Nashville
Everything was good and manager communicated well. Trash buggies were left on road when we got there so we brought in. Gate handle was broke but a couple of wood screws and washers we got it fixed. Pothole in driveway needs attention

The home was clean and extremely close to the zoo which was nice for our visit with small children. The fenced yard and one level home made it easy for our elderly dog to move around!
