NOTICE:
Lei Lani is undergoing major renovation. Because of this, guests cannot use the Balcony and there is scaffolding on the outside of the building on the Gulf side.

Due to this, we are drastically reducing our daily rate. So, if you want to have access to the Beach with Beach front property that you can still see the Gulf from inside the unit (there is scaffolding you see as well) this is your chance.

On the other hand, if you prefer somewhere else, we understand, and hope you consider us in the future. We are looking forward to a beautiful, renovated condo hopefully by the end of May next year.

We are DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Our condo is one of the closest in Orange Beach to the water. Let the sound of the surf relax your mind as your eyes wander over the expansive gulf views. This is the third unit east of Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. This is a low density complex and the pools are not on the beachside, which translates to 'quiet beachfront'.

This recently updated condo is perfect for a romantic get away, or a small family vacation. Enjoy the amenities such as a flat screen HDTV with cable, internet access and a view of the gulf while cooking dinner in the full kitchen!

The family friendly Lei Lani condo complex is one of the few developments on Perdido Key that is located both on the beach and Old River. Our 1 Bedroom comfortably sleeps two in the king size bed, and a queen sized sofa bed is in the living area which is best suited for children.

Ideally, this 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo is most comfortably enjoyed by a couple or small family.

This 1 bedroom unit includes a full kitchen with all dining accessories, and all towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

In addition to the multiple on-site amenities of Lei Lani, and the luxurious accommodations of the unit, Orange Beach and Perdido Key is a vacation dream for you and your family.

Beach umbrella and chair rentals are available, usually between March and October.

Recommended area restaurants include Tacky Jack's, LuLu's, Cosmos, Live Bait, Cobalt and The Gulf, as well as the many restaurants featured at The Warf. Several hamburger, pizza and Bar-B-Q locations are also nearby. If local music and bar action is your thing, the famous Florabama is an easy walk (less than 8/10ths of a mile) so you can drink and enjoy without worrying about driving.

HANDLING RESERVATIONS / RENTALS / INQUIRIES ETC: Reservations are made directly through VRBO. Choose your dates on the VRBO calendar. If your dates are available, you will get pre-approval response. Your selected dates are booked immediately upon payment.

NO KEY HASSLE - NO WAITING: No need to standing in line for check in or check out ! Entry to the condo is easy - simply key in the four digit code we supply you for the electronic keypad at the door.

RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. Boat slips reserved for owners only. No onsite trailer or boat parking available. A $150.00 fully refundable security deposit is required.

PARKING: There is a $22 charge for one parking pass good for your entire stay. You MUST purchase this pass at the condo office upon your arrival or if closed, as soon as possible during the next business hours. The office is located in the main Lei Lani tower on the beach (adjacent to the indoor heated pool). Vehicles on site without a pass are subject to being towed.
