Great New Townhouse Close to All The Action!

We were coming to Nashville for a trade show and needed a place for 4 employees. Hotels in the area were too expensive so we looked at VRBO for the 1st time as a company. Was very impressed with this property which was recently built and is very close to downtown. Place was brand new, very modern and had a great roof top hang out area to read in the morning. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice spot!

Location was convenient to Broadway (by car or Uber/Lyft) (not really walkable). Nicely appointed - comfy beds and couch. Overall there was just enough space for all of us (we were 8 adults). Adult kids enjoyed the rooftop even though the weather was HOT! Water in fridge and coffee pods were much appreciated. We instacarted groceries so we didn't have to go shopping, though there's a nice Kroger close by. Safe neighborhood. Owner is terrific - very responsive and honest. Appreciative of feedback. Would stay here again.
