Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Great 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome near LSU in a gated community. Home is in great condition with wood floors in the living room and all of the bedrooms up stairs. The kitchen is large with lots of cabinets and tile counter tops. Townhome also comes with 2 covered parking spots, refrigerator and washer and dryer.
This gated community has club house to offer the pool and other recreational activities.

Great place - close to LSU!

The property was very clean, just as described and a perfect location for gameday! The area was quiet, granted, it was a holiday weekend and a lot of folks seemed to be out of town, but the owner also told us it was a quiet area.

Great location

Property was in a great location close to campus. Extremely safe and clean. Sparsely furnished but extremely clean unit. Mattresses really hard but was told best for body rest.

Review

Overall the stay was fine. I booked this particular location for the use of the pool while in town for a baseball tournament. Two of the four days that we stayed the pool was closed with no explanation, even though the pool hours showed open. The weather was over 100 degrees and after contacting the property manager he told me to stay and hold tight and never followed up. I am extremely disappointed in the response.

Best Host Ever

Recently stayed here for the weekend. The place was nice and accommodated us all. Neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The townhouse itself was great however what stood out the most from this weekend was the amazing customer service we received from the host and her cleaning staff. Upon returning home on Sunday evening my son who is 18 realized he was missing his ring. This ring has sentimental value as it was his late grandfather's and it was absolutely irreplaceable. I notified the host right away who responded to me very quickly and she allowed us to return the following day to search the house for it. My son was unable to find it and really was heartbroken over it. The host Geeta informed me that if I let her know exactly what we were looking for she would have her cleaning crew search for it when they got there. To my surprise hours later she messaged me and let me know that her cleaning crew did indeed find the ring and sent me the contact info so we can make arrangements to pick it up from them. I can't tell you how incredibly happy myself and my son was at this news. I would like to thank Geeta and her cleaning crew from the bottom of our hearts for finding and returning the ring to us. It's a wonderful feeling knowing what a good person we rented from for the weekend. Highly recommend this place for your stay and highly recommend doing business with Geeta in any way you can! Thank you again so much!!
