What a wonderful gathering space! We were in town for WPU parent's weekend. It was such a win to use this large home as our home base for fun and connection. The multiple living spaces gave us room to gather and to spread out. The game room was perfect for hours of (mostly) friendly competition. The patio and pool area were delightful, although a steady weekend of rain meant we'll need to come back again to take advantage.

The house has a wonderful large kitchen with everything you would need. Big living area, fun game room, and wonderful pool. Extras like high chair, pack n play, kids books are there. Everything is very well thought out. Only 2 bathrooms could be an issue for some large groups. We weren’t bothered by it, family togetherness for a few days is worth it! The hosts have put a lot of thought into this house and we loved our time there.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in a lot of vrbo homes, but the hosts of this one were so nice and accommodating! The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect, especially on such hot days! We were all so happy to stay there.

We stayed here for my niece's wedding weekend. The home was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out-the open floorplan of kitchen/dining was great for all of us to gather together. The owners were quick to respond and everywhere we needed to go was convenient. There was a great Dutch bakery right up the street too!

Employee and Family Gateawy!

Amazing property with unlimited space for large group. It was very cozy with lots of activities for our kids. The kids favorite activity was staying by the campfire and playing in the pool. Amazing stay, 10/10 recommend.

Long weekend stay!

Our family of six adults and six children met here for a long weekend. We found this property to be very accommodating of all our needs. The property was super clean and provided lots for six children to do even in the cold of winter when the back yard couldn’t be used. The kitchen supplied every need you could have. We loved the big dining room table.

College reunion

From the first communication to the last, everything was perfect! The hottest answered all of our questions prior to arrival and gave us great information about the area and fun activities. The house was spotless and well equipped, and the pool was the star of the show! It is a great house for hanging out, and is in a good location if you want to take advantage of what the area has to offer. I can’t recommend enough.

Amazing Stay In Oskaloosa!!

First, the owners are fantastic with communication and all the extra touches. My family and I book Vrbo properties often, and this was exceptional! We had 4 generations staying with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and fire pit were a hit. The property was so clean and we had everything we needed for cooking family meals. The location is wonderful. We walked to the town square every day and had so much fun exploring all the boutiques, plus the Friday night music and Saturday Art Fair. We were sad to leave, but grateful for so many memories. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing a piece of yourselves with our family!!

Mom’s 80th Birthday Gathering

This house was a perfect gathering for our large family of all ages, to celebrate our Mother’s Birthday. There is a large great room that was comfortable and spacious to have our Talent Show, and personal tributes speeches. The kitchen/dining area is large and well appointed. I was able to prep food and serve food for 25 people. The lower level had a complete game room for the teens and young ones. The outdoor patio offered plenty of space, a firepit and pool. It was the perfect 4 day weekend getaway. The owners are conscientious and checked in to make sure everything was working. I will definitely book this house again!

Perfect place for a family to gather

We have a large family that lives in many locations, so getting everyone back to Osky is always a challenge. This home not only provided additional housing for those traveling, it also had plenty of activities to do (swimming, corn hole, bocce ball, board games), spaces to sit and talk, lots of table space to eat, and a kitchen that was perfect for us to have meals prepared together. Also, we saw some wasps trying to nest on the outside wall, and someone was there within 15 minutes to take care of the problem. We all were so thankful for the space and had a wonderful time. We will be back - and other families that found out about it through us plan to use it as well. I wish we could give it more than five stars!
