This unit is conveniently located to the ocean, downtown Melbourne, Holmes Regional Hospital, and Palm Bay. You can hear when the train passes by, but it isn’t something that would deter me renting from this beautiful unit again. Well stocked with extra amenities and felt like being in a home away from home.
