Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 50” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and a 43" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy futon for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Shared outdoor amenities include a backyard with stunning mountain views, open-air pool, spa, lounge furniture, a detached atrium with hammock-style seats and day bed, BBQ grill, onsite parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Two months snow-birding in SE AZ

Very clean and tidy - everything we needed including good laundry facility. Excellent kitchen facility, well-stocked as far as dishes/utensils, etc. Nice new appliances. Close to good hiking and sight-seeing. Sierra Vista is a really nice town, and our rental was perfect for two people!
