Spacious family home in lovely town right next to Culver Academies campus! Bring the whole family for a summer getaway at Lake Max or come visit your favorite cadet. Keep your vehicle in the garage with the Culver Academies campus located approximately 500 yards away. A 5-10 minute walk will get you to the Culver beachfront park, restaurants, & shops. The large back yard and deck area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the lake.

Family-friendly home with amenities to start and end your trip. Three bedrooms and two full baths are on the main floor with an open concept kitchen, dining, & family room. The three bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and one full size bed. One more bedroom featuring two full size beds and full bath are located in the basement, accompanied by two additional daybeds. Spoil yourself with a basement full of games and entertainment. House includes a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals. There are smart TVs for streaming located throughout the house with available Wi-Fi.
