Not sure the most honest host

When I booked the accommodation it was a totally different picture from what you are seeing now. It was pictures of a luxurious apartment - 4/5 star equivalent. When I arrived it was a totally different apartment from the one in the profile. The host said well I told you we were going to change pictures. I said, yes but this is a totally different apartment. What you have done is a misrepresentation. I was given a full refund when I moved out the next day and Vrbo rehoused me in a hotel, which was good. I hope the hosts have learned their lesson to be honest and upfront at the beginning as this caused me a lot of hassle moving and spending hours on the phone trying to sort this out with Vrbo. Apart from that the location is Midtown so fairly quiet in comparison to big cities and the apartment is in the inner court... so quiet as you don't hear traffic.
