Apartment in a detached carriage house built to look like the 1920's craftsman-style house it sits behind. It is on a quiet residential street in Midtown Atlanta, only a few walkable blocks from Piedmont Park, dining, and nightlife. Also walkable to MARTA and other public transportation. Parking is available on the 2 intersecting streets out front at no charge.

The apartment is open and airy, with a wooden divider between the bedroom and living room. The queen-sized bed looks over a secluded garden that is also part of the property. Wi-Fi is fast, and there is a large TV with digital cable and HBO. The efficiency kitchen, with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, comes equipped with pots, pans, a coffeemaker, plates, glasses, and utensils. Downstairs there is a washer and dryer which you may use at no additional cost; there is also an iron and ironing board.

Aside from access to the best part of Atlanta, guest will also have access to a spacious patio with outdoor seating and a firepit. Behind this is a garden with a small semi-private seating area. Note: the back yard is not fully fenced and not ideal for dogs to run unleashed.

Perfect Location for Visit Home

This was a great place to stay for a holiday trip home. Within walking distance to one of my favorites - Piedmont Park - and Midtown restaurants, grocery stores, and the Beltline. The carriage house was as described and a perfect respite!

Perfect Location for Wedding Weekend

A Really Nice Place in a Safe, Quiet Location

I was in town for a competition and absolutely loved this place! Although I didn’t drive during my stay (Lyft all the way!), I parked on Durant Street which was super convenient and right across the street from the house.The HouseSparkling clean and so quiet. Wonderful stay

Super host and lovely property. We wanted dog friendly and this was just perfect. Gorgeously landscaped patio area for the pups to snuffle around in. Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood so our dogs were mesmerized. Great location to the convention center where the Modern Quilt Guild had a show. Parking on the street but it was right across from the property. Highly recommend.

Modern Midtown Retreat – Walk to Atlanta Hotspots!

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Midtown Atlanta! The location was ideal—walking distance to Piedmont Park, great restaurants, and the MARTA station, which made getting around the city super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with a lot of charm and character.The unit itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was really comfortable, and the space had a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. Wi-Fi was strong (a must for me), and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and even a small welcome guide to the area.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Amazing location for visiting my daughter!

The carriage house was a fantastic place in a great location! We were able to walk the area, get to food (Nova Sushi is great) and easy Uber pick up. The place was clean and comfortable; a full kitchen allowed my daughter who loves baking a chance to cook and bake, and not have cafeteria food for awhile. Jesse was a great host and communicated with me easily and promptly. Honestly, this is where I will stay every visit and would rent it for my daughter if possible…we loved it that much. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Exceptional apartment

From the start Jesse responded to every inquiry immediately. The apartment is large for two people, well located and in excellent condition. He provided every amenity we needed, including bagged ice in the freezer, plenty of super plush towels, laundry supplies for the washer and dryer, and more. Everything was comfortable. The carriage house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and free street parking was readily available. We would stay here again without hesitation.
