House near Bush Park, Willamette University and Hospital

Rest assured, we live a short 10 minute drive or quick text or call away if needed. New central heat/cooling, Wi-Fi, W/D, & dishwasher for you to enjoy.
The space
Two rooms, one queen bed and a full bed are located on the first floor. Each room has a closet and the bathroom is in between. Up the narrow 24" stairs, a 3rd room w/ a twin mattress is located along w/ a walk-in closet if needed. The garage has a new W/D and access to the backyard. The garage is not for parking cars, but you can park bicycles.
Guest access
Make yourself at home and enjoy a show on the smart Roku TV. The house includes 3 bedrooms(two on the main floor), a bathroom, full kitchen, cozy living room, and garage access for laundry or access to small enclosed backyard. The blocked off stairs inside the garage are off-limits(it just leads to more finished attic space used as storage for homeowner).. Bicycles can be stored in the garage or backyard and there is a small cement area in the back along with an enclosed fence and a sometimes grassy area if you need for outside smoking.
Other things to note
The wifi password will be located in the living room on the wall as you come in.

Your keyless door code will be sent to you directly and the deadbolt has a 90 second timer before relocking.

This house is not currently set up for more than 5 guests and the layout is not designed for large groups.
The room upstairs with twin bed has a shorter ceiling than usual and is not recommended for taller people as you will likely bump your head.

Washer and dryer available in garage. please only use the provided laundry detergent to help keep the machine clean for the next guest. If it runs out, let us know and we can porch drop easily

The plumbing is original (1940s!) , so please only flush the provided toilet paper and no other toiletries. Again, if more is needed, we can easily do a porch drop off.

We will always have everything stocked up on arrival, but if anything runs out, please let us know and we can have it porch dropped whenever is most convenient for you.
