Owner sold property and didn’t take it off Vrbo ! Got there with our groceries at 6pm no where to stay! What a nightmare

Hello, my apologies this happened to you, however, this error was on VRBO & not me. It happened in the past when I removed another listing which is why they gave you a 100% refund.
