New luxury boutique condo development on the hill above Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. This brand new 2BD/2BA condo is very spacious and bright. Offering beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, beach & waves with awesome sunsets and beautiful night views of the lights. CPR features; Large infinity edge pool, 2 fire pits, 2 Jacuzzis, Full gym (Coming soon), Large sunbathing deck, Dining and BBQ area with covered terrace (Coming Soon). Located adjacent to the 2nd entrance gate & only 1.5 miles to the marina (200 peso Uber ride). Please note there is ongoing construction on the last building. Partial views are blocked in the bedroom because of this. There is some construction noise as well.
