ALL are welcome at all of our rentals, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual preference, place of origin, disability (within what the unit is designed to accommodate), or any other designation. The only requirement is that the person booking the room 1) must be 25 or older, and 2) the renters must not reside in Horry County (this is a State law we must comply with and ID must be verified).

This is a large, PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO *SEE AMENITIES INFO BELOW PLEASE! This Oceanfront Family Suite has a bedroom with two Queen beds in the bedroom that sleep 4 as you enter.
It has a pass through galley kitchen with full sized appliances, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and everything you need to dine in if you wish to.
It has a large bathroom with a separate vanity area and toilet tub/shower combo.
The Livingroom sleeps 2 on a Murphy Bed that folds out. The unit sleeps a total of 6.
The very large balcony overlooks the outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, sun deck, beach and of course the Atlantic Ocean. On clear days you can see the Pier and mornings bring the most incredible sunrises. 
The 11th floor is the only floor with an awning over it that provides all day protection from the sun, keeping your room and patio nice and cool when you come in from the heat. 
** IMPORTANT** This unit is PRIVATELY OWNED. You will NOT check in via the front desk, but you will receive a form to complete 24 hours before check in, and you will need to provide all ID's and vehicle information. Then you will be sent a lockbox and a door code. An electronic keycard will be for access to the water features, building and elevators.
The resort was rated best Family Resort by the Travel Channel.
There is a large, indoor pool, there are 3 indoor hot tubs, ladies and men's saunas, a small playground, the room is directly above the large outdoor pool, the sun deck, outdoor lazy river and hot tub, and on clear days, you can see the pier. 
On the front side (bedroom side by the entry door), the unit overlooks a kids splash park with water chaises for the parents to relax in. There is a kids pool on the side of the resort as well. This side of the resort is city facing.
Coral Beach is close to shopping, dining, attractions, and from unit 1132, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible. On clear days, you can see down to the Pier.

**Please note** This is a PRIVATE rental, so certain amenities will be restricted (bowling, food/beverage, laundry, gym) We can recommend nearby attractions that previous guests have been thrilled with, and we provide extras such as beach chairs, a cooler, premium dishes, and more so that our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay.
