What a lovely stay we had

We had a great 10 days stay at this duplex and would love to go back. The house has a very nice layout, clean tile floors and a nice big shower. We spent most of our time outside where there is a nice screened in porch with a TV and a pretty private backyard area with a big hot tub. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer to wash off our beach stuff every day. The location is very good. Very close to many stores and escpecially a quick ride away from the beach.

I’m a laid back but adventurous type with an appetite for getting the most out of life! I’m “almost” a native Floridian that was born in Jackson, TN but primarily grew up in Clearwater, FL. My career as a dental hygienist started in beautiful Sarasota, and I bought a duplex here a couple years later. And that’s where the story of having this rental begins!

Why they chose this property

Southgate is a cozy, mid-century neighborhood that’s convenient to the best that Sarasota has to offer. Whether it be downtown for the arts and restaurants, or any of the the beaches including Siesta Key, you’re generally just minutes from everything.

What makes this property unique

The entire place has been updated in the last few years. Modern kitchen and bathroom. But what I love the most about it is the private backyard with screened-in porch, jacuzzi, gas grill, and the large paver patio with dining table and umbrella. It’s classic Florida outdoor living!
