Why they chose this property
The bars on the window were a style in Tucson from the 70's, this is one very safe east side neighborhood. Im a local first responder and know a lot about the neighborhood. we lived here for 2 years and never once had a problem. house is conveniently located for whatever is in mind.
What makes this property unique
corner lot, only 1 shared neighbor, huge yard for pets, mt views from the front. walking path behind house. Everything is new and recently redone. very safe neighborhood.
