Glamping with convenience & comfort in the rustic 'Grizzly' high-end Tiny Home from BackCountry. Super comfy beds, gas stove, full size fridge, AC, internet, fully-equipped, coffee station. Privacy-fenced outside picnic and relaxation areas, fire pit, and grill!

Fully-equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop and toaster oven/air fryer, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee bar.

Living room area with large smart TV, games, books and puzzles for adults and kids, doggie guest basket too. Heated and cooled efficiently with a mini-split heat pump.

- queen bed in a room with a sliding door
- 2 lofts with a double bed in each
- TV room has a twin bed that works as a sofa as well

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a TINY home! It's a total of 355 sq ft. Though tiny homes are unique and fun, they may not be for everyone! There is a queen size bed and a single bed area downstairs (also used as seating for TV area), but two of the beds are in lofts, meaning you have to climb slim staircases to get them, and you cannot stand in the lofts.
- This home is NOT easily handicap accessible - there are stairs to enter the home, and then stairs up to each sleeping loft (though 2 beds are on the main level: a queen and a twin).
- The Grizzly tiny home is on a shared lot with another rental residence. It is located in the rear on .15 acres, completely surrounded by a privacy fence. The other residence is not associated with the Grizzly, so please do not disturb residents there. Thanks!

ALSO:
- DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome dogs. No CATS - sorry! There is a $50 PER DOG pet fee due at booking, so please choose pets on your reservation request, and message us with the breed and weight of each of your dogs. Vrbo checkout will only add the fee for 1 dog, so we will need to send you the add on for the additional pet. (More than 2 requires approval!)
- NO SMOKING in the home.
- NO PARTIES - as per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted.
All guests agree that violation of this statute and house rule will mean immediate removal and incur a $400 fee.
