This private tropical oasis boasts a beautifully remodeled home with the latest amenities and professional grade appliances and an open floor plan with spectacular views to the pool and surrounding mountains from all rooms. Large glass doors connect seamlessly the outside and inside living spaces creating one continuous relaxation and entertainment space. The pool side area has four distinct seating/lounging spaces with comfortable seating, for a large group, outside fire pit, hot tub and umbrellas to provide shade. Walk a few steps to the yard behind the pool and pick oranges or grapefruits for breakfast, or limes and lemons to make delicious cocktails in the evening. A 5 min drive will take you to several restaurants and a grocery store and 5 more minutes to buzzing downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs airport is 15 min away. Spectacular hiking is abundant and starts from the house or from Indian Canyons a few minutes away.

Born and raised in Europe I moved to the US a long (very long) time ago to pursue postdoctoral studies in neuroscience. I love my family and our goofy 2 year old bernedoodle who makes us laugh every day.
I retired in 2022 from a busy corporate job and now enjoy being a VRBO and AirBnB host.

Why they chose this property

Honestly, we think this is the best part of the entire Pam Springs/Palm Desert area. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs (10 min) makes it very easy to go out in the evening while the home enjoys privacy and serenity. Views from every room are stunning due to surrounding mountains in all directions. We waited for the right house for a long time and then we purchased it in 2021. Home is located in a small gated community with luxurious homes. There are several hiking trails right from the house and I put some photos from the trails on the website.

What makes this property unique

The home is very spacious and provides great privacy as the bedrooms are in separate parts of the home. The home was fully remodeled in 2023 with all new bathrooms, kitchen and a large linear fireplace in the livingroom. The master bedroom was remodeled into a luxury master suite with a large self standing bathtub and a huge shower. The yard and the pool area have 4 distinct seating areas and it provides enough space for a large group to enjoy. As you can tell we love the house :)
