Inside a gated community, surrounded by farms and other condominiums. Paiol Restaurant and Bar in front of the condominium. Close to the Dam of the Power Plant, to the Fruit Circuit and with easy access to the Water and Knit Circuit. Distant about 12 km from the center of Atibaia and equal distance from Jarinu. Access from São Paulo by the Highways Fernão Dias or Anhangüera. Asphalted access to the condominium of the condominium and footwear until the door of the farmhouse, with entrance by the km 83 of the Highway D. Peter. Ideal for walking, relaxing, a lot of leisure, social gatherings in small groups, family and the best age. It is in a high place, at 60m altitude, without problems with floods or flood!
