The views and the house were just right for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the neighborhood. The bay was nice to go down at night and we typically went to Mexico Beach for our beach days. We loved the town of Port Saint Joe and the close proximity to everything. It was a wonderful stay.

Labor Day Weekend

This was the perfect rental for our family of 11. It was a beautiful, spacious home that was a close walk to the beach. The kitchen was our favorite!

We had a wonderful family vacation week at Sea Joy. The house was perfect for three families, including six adults and four children for our annual multi-trip. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out in this house. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We absolutely loved the back porch and balcony that overlooks the beach. The sunsets were magnificent! We contacted the management company for a problem with the code on the door and they responded immediately. When we arrived, we were a little disappointed that the beach behind the house was not what we expected. There was a lot of seaweed and it has more of a lake feel. However, that was quickly overcome with the beautiful sunsets, the long walks in the neighborhood, the gorgeous pool on site, and the short drive to the beaches of Port Saint Joe or Mexico Beach. The beaches there were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return again.

Great house great location, only issue is you have limited parking area. For a house advertised to sleep 12 it is hard to accommodate that many people with only two vehicles. Other than limited parking everything else was 1st class. Had a wonderful time.
