PLEASE NOTE: You may share outdoor and laundry room space with another guest located at the guesthouse. It is sound proof and separated by a garage. We will ALWAYS let you know if the guesthouse is booked during your stay.

Guest access
You will have 100% access to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. Guests have access to Coffee, spices, oils/vinegars, serving-ware, appliances & baking staples in kitchen, refrigerator door condiments & pantry items. Guests may store groceries in refrigerator/freezer.
Other things to note
Please note that our backyard may be a shared space with the main house next door. The laundry and washer are available for guests staying at least 14 days or upon request.
