Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood you'll find this modern Harwich Port home with golf course views and quick access into Harwich Port village for dining and shopping. The recently built home has many great features which provides a contemporary experience with a touch of old-world elegance.

The main level is welcoming with 9-foot ceilings and sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive patio overlooking the 4th fairway of Harwich Port Golf Course. The main living area has a brand-new cozy sectional and is open to the dining area. The top-of-the-line kitchen is adjacent and is fully equipped. There's even a wet bar just off the kitchen as well. You'll also find the laundry just past the kitchen area and a powder room. The main level is completed with the primary bedroom suite with a King size bed, private bath and seating area with golf course views.

Upstairs you'll find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one large room with 3 twin beds.

Harwich Port Center is a 3–5-minute walk from the house. The beach isn't much further, Bank Street Beach is just under mile from the house. Don't forget about Harwich Port Golf, just take a left out the back door and head over to the clubhouse!

The house was VERY comfortable in all ways and had all the amenities that we needed. PPP quickly responded to our questions and needs. The house is within walking distance of town. We highly recommend this property as a home base while enjoying what the cape has to offer.

Beautiful home and great location.

My family rented this house for the long Columbus Day weekend and loved it! The spacious first floor with ample seating was so comfortable, the playroom was great for the kids to have a room and space to play, the home was so clean and really nicely decorated. A big front and backyard were also perfect for the kids and adults to be in or outside. The location of the home was perfect for walking to downtown Harwich port and super close for a drive to Chatham. We all really loved the house ans would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway - You Won’t Want to Leave

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The house is absolutely beautiful - wonderfully furnished and decorated. We and our guests were so relaxed nobody wanted to leave! The beds are extremely comfortable.There is a variety of easy chairs, each with its own throw pillow, as well as a large sectional sofa, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Don’t worry if you forget to bring a book to read - there are plenty around the house to choose from! The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with all the dishes, pans, and utensils you’ll need. There is also a wine area off the kitchen. (The grill utensils are located in a drawer under the counter below the wine glasses in this area.) The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It abuts a golf course in the back, the perfect place to have breakfast and coffee. The golfers provide an unexpected source of entertainment! Harwich Port is a short 5-minute walk and the beach just another 5 minutes from there. The restaurants range from casual to fine dining so there is something for everyone. Several cafes are available with some serving breakfast all day. There is a wonderful book shop carrying both new and used books and several jewelry shops if you’re looking for something special to remember your stay by. We are already talking about our next stay! We highly recommend this property if you want to immerse yourself in total relaxation! You will not be disappointed!
