Cancellation Policy: 
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.  
 
The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.  **
**  The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

This home was prefect for our family vacation which included our family with 3 kids and 1 set of grandparents! The house was just so spacious, we never felt cramped. The kids loved the tot-lot (just steps away) and spent hours at the pool! The accomodations were better than the pictures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The golf course also gets good reviews. Thanks again for great memories!

House was very spacious and well appointed. Very nice location. Slightly disappointed because perhaps the house was empty for a while because there were many cobwebs/spider webs and a few spiders. The house also had a musty smell as if it hadn’t been used in a while. We did enjoy the layout of the house and the screen porch. We were quite taken back about the fees to use the facilities because it was it mentioned in the listing of the house or in the booking information. And I spoke with an agent as well and it was never mentioned. Only mentioned immediately before arrival.

We were not notified that wash machine was broke prior to our stay. No alternative laundry solution offered. I had to make suggestions. Television in den no sound, dirt, mold surrounding back door insulation. Enclosed porch dirty-not swept. Grill not cleaned.Front door weather stripping hanging from bottom of front door. Dryer old needed 2 cycles to dry average loads. Property in need of better care

It was as described. Plenty of space for the entire group. Things to improve: information about the electronics. There were multiple remotes but it was not clear which one should be used for what. The water heater is in a closet adjacent to the kitchen, dinning area and living space. When it ran it was very loud.

Place was great!

Overall it was very nice. We booked based on the pictures thinking it was on a golf course but was not . That was the only disappointment. Never even saw the course or the community center the entire weekend .

Big house some pluses some minuses

The place was a perfect size for the family. I found the club fees to be ridiculously high after spending money to rent the house so we did not have use of the amenities such as pool and shuttle. That should be included with the rental fee. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The cleaning company came late and we had to wait outside until 430 to get in. The house was not very clean so I had to clean. They need to do a good cleaning of the place because cob webs everywhere and bathrooms have water stains and grit all over the shower doors and tile. I did love the full size washer and dryer. It is A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood that accommodated my entire family. Also, the traffic was outrageous and parking by the beach was terrible. We have stayed in that area for 25+ years and never has it been so crowded. I don’t think we will be returning to the area for quite some time. But if we do I would not rent the place again. Too inconvenient to get around if you don’t pay the $50 per person fee for accommodations. Will rent closer to the beach next time.

Beautiful Home!!

We stayed here the last week in March - the house was beautiful! There are 4 bedrooms and a very large and open and spacious living room and dining/kitchen area. The screened in porch was so pretty, and there was an outdoor porch and yard behind the house as well. Just minutes from Bethany Beach, and not too far from Rehoboth Beach too. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Good family vacation close to the beach

Nice cozy townhouse. Plenty of room for a group. Comfortable living room, kitchen and dining. Great size dining table with flint stone heavy chairs. Needs a better cleaning job. Useless TV remotes. Grill is a disaster. It has no power to grill. The first floor bedroom floor squeaked loud and wired.

Family enjoyed our holiday here. Plenty of space for all. Wish we had a regular coffee pot (Keurig was provided) but we were unable to purchase one. Frying pans were old and scratched but we made do. Overall a nice property.

Corona vaca in Bethany

We escaped to BB this year as opposed to our usual Jersey shore vaca. We picked Bethany and this not-at-the-beach-but-close townhouse to adjust our trip and minimize exposure risk. The house was much more space than we needed, but at night and had there been rain it was perfect to spread out. The back porch was quiet and private- much coffee, wine and beer was enjoyed there! Bethany Beach itself is small, charming, not too crowded the week leading into Labor Day. People wore masks almost universally, 'beach' shopping is adequate without being too redundant, and people were generally respectful, friendly and patient. We'll be back-and while we'll probably stay closer to the water next time (teenage girls), this was a quick 6 or 7 minute drive and (pay but not too much) parking was always easily available!

Great Stay! but.....

The house and location were fantastic because it was between O.C. Md. and Rehoboth Bch.. Couple problems with the internet but no big deal. I think the storm had something to do with that. I contacted Steve and he addressed the problem immediately. There was ample room for all of my family so no one was on top of anyone unless that was what they wanted. The bedrooms were a great size with ample space to move around and the beds were very comfortable. The property amenities were great and well worth the fees charged because all you had to bring was yourself. There was everything on the premises from ping pong to swimming vests. The down side of the stay was the house could have been a little cleaner and by that I mean a thorough dusting. There were spider webs everywhere and quite a bit of dust on the blinds and the curtain toppers in the kitchen. I feel as though the property just needs to be checked by Steve because I do feel it is something that needs to be addressed with his cleaning company. I do believe he cares about the comfort of his renters because he was easy to get a hold of and took care of any problems that came up pronto. So for that reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. But if you want to know if I would rent from him again, Most Definitely!

Great Homebase!

Wife was ill so we left a day late for our family vacation. I heard from my daughters as soon as they arrived and the reported all was as good as expected. Wife & I arrived the following day to see happy smiling faces! I realized we couldn't have picked a better spot to act as our "Home Base" for a week in the area. Extremely quiet neighborhood to rest up in every night before taking our Grandkids out for an adventure every day!
