Wow is it, normal to ask for a full refund. Arrive with two bags of their own sheets.
Makes the owner come to the home late at night.
The fact that you did not pay a cent of $. But stayed in every room leaving it, a mess. Again a free place inn Orange County.

Not clean, poor communications
This home is in a good location, but upon arriving, one bed had no sheets, others were not made, and the sheets were not clean, and had stains. We couldn't find extra sheets, and after messaging the owner twice, there was no reply. There was no wifi password given. The advertised hot tub was empty and dirty. It was really gross. It felt like the owner was living in the house, and just left when we showed up.
